Either Kylie Jenner is the proud owner of a REALLY good bra, or something else is going on with her breasts. When the 17-year-old reality star made an appearance at the Bellami Hair launch party for, something was pretty noticeable: Kylie — who’s known for her ever-growing lips — put what appears to be her bigger chest on display. Wearing a black bandeau the newly blue-haired beauty took to Instagram to show off her curves. “Just left my @bellamihair event for the launch of Kylie Kouture! Can’t wait :),” she captioned the pic.
