Why Did Kelly Hansome Just Do This with Tonto Dikeh's Photo?

Tonto WOKE up this morning to this beautiful set of jewelry, guys. And being so excited, she showed off her gift on IG. Happy for her, cool stuff.  But I was surprised to see that Kelly Hansome reposted the photo seconds immediately after Tonto did. Yes, we know celebs do lend each other support and likes and all of that. But not a lot of guys would do this, as long as they are not involved. Why do I have this feeling that Kelly is the 'gifter'?
